Awesome!

Chocolate chip cookie dough frosting. A-mazing.
1 1/2 sticks of salted butter
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1 3/4 cups of powdered sugar.  

Cream together.

Add 1/2 cup of flour, 1 tsp vanilla and 1 1/2 TBSP of milk.

Add in mini chocolate chips and spread onto the cupcakes.
